Licensing & Insurance As a full time professional catering company, in operation for over 60 years, Fitzgerald's Fine Catering takes its obligations to protect its customers and staff with the utmost seriousness. To this end, we comply with all regulations regarding food and facility inspections and licensing. Our food service supervisors are trained and certified by The State of Connecticut in the latest procedures for maintaining safe and fresh foodstuffs, including the HACCP procedures. Our facilities are inspected by our local health department regularly according to the 100-point program accepted uniformly throughout our service area. We are more than happy to provide proof of licensure upon request. Carrying adequate and appropriate property and liability insurance is another sign of our professionalism. Carrying $2,000,000 of liability insurance, including state mandated liquor service policies, allows Fitzgerald's access to the most exclusive and rigidly supervised party venues in the area. Our customers, of course, have every right to obtain the appropriate "Certificate of Insurance" from our underwriters as it pertains to their function. |
