Nick, that beef brisket was out of this world! Your grill man is truly a professional. I have received many thank you notes from our guests raving about the food. I hope you don't mind that I'm taking some of the credit. I did find you after all. Thanks again for making those vegetarian dishes. If I hadn't known, I would have sworn that the chili had meat in it. Pretty sneaky! Please let me know if I can act as a reference for you. You really deserve kudos on this one.
