The staff at Fitzgerald's Fine Catering has learned over the years that most everyone who plans a party with us has some very specific ideas about what kinds of foods they want served. Whether it is for an elaborate wedding or a simple baby shower, there are foods that simply must be provided. Either because of a certain ethnic background or simply a family tradition, special dishes often need to be prepared for that special day. This is why Fitzgerald's does not lock in its' clientele to a fixed number of menu choices. We make every effort to personalize the menu for your party.
